At 19, I was 64kg, lost, and going nowhere. Partying, eating junk, surrounding myself with the wrong people. Then someone I trusted deeply betrayed me — and most people would have stayed down.

I taught myself everything — training, nutrition, mental strength. No coach. Just hunger and dedication. Today I'm 25, 80kg lean, competing in amateur combat sports, and more mentally resilient than I ever thought possible.
